We can prepare all menus considering the following diets and allergies.
Halal, salt-free, sugar-, lactose- or gluten-free? No problem.
Because we deal with mainly international guests, we take vegan and vegetarian options into consideration as standard in our offerings. We also use Halal meat for the hot meals and use pork as minimal as possible.
Since we have been working for several international companies for some time now, we have become masters in cooking to different allergies, without losing flavor, obviously. We would like to invite you to come and taste it in our kitchen in Diemen.
We present the menus with special buffet cards where you can find all allergies. Also, on the menus themselves, we list all the ingredients of the meals. As we serve many components separately, most dietary requirements are covered.
