Producing a good meal goes beyond using high-quality ingredients. Our providers must fulfil strict requirements to supply to us. But ensuring quality goes a step further. The biggest duty of our kitchen team is the daily check on quality and safety of our meals. Regarding drinking and food products, we can therefore always demonstrate that everything has been done to guarantee food safety.
HACCP en FSSC22000
We have recently achieved the HACCP certificate and are being guided by an external agency in working towards the FSSC22000 standard. The FSSCC22000 is a complete certificate schedule for a management system for food safety and is based on the IS0-22000 standard in combination with a basic conditions program such as IS0/TS-22002-1 and additional FSSC requirements. The standard was developed by the Stichting Certificatie Voedselveiligheid (SCV) and is the first global standard for the food industry.
